With all of the tools you need to succeed, you will not only gain CONFIDENCE, but a new perspective on life itself. My goal is to empower you to lead the best version of your life through sustainable lifestyle changes. I know you have the ability to reach your goals, now it’s time you prove it to yourself.

I started my fitness journey back in Jan 2019. As a mom to a 1 1/2 year old , I was trying to find myself. Having a child changes your body and your life. I was depressed, unhealthy and just felt lost. When I met Sarah we instantly clicked. When I worked out with her she told me one day I would be lifting my body weight and more, something I could not believe. I kind of never wanted to go back after I threw up.But I did. My mood would instantly change when I saw her. Her energy is contagious !I started attending her class and working out with her 2x a week. Then once for an hour and as I started to see change I started growing hungry for more. More knowledge. More workouts. More everything. It became my therapy. It became my safety place and Sarah encouraged and pushed me every step of the way. She literally changed my life. I have become physically and mentally stronger, I am a happier mom, and I even made some incredible friends who all support and help me through this journey. I always tell Sarah I’m grateful to have met her because her passion for fitness and helping others live a healthier happier lifestyle ,changed my life. Last session I had with her she had me lifting 175 pounds ! Something I could never have imagined. Sarah had a vision for me and I hope to continue to make her proud ! Thank you from me and my baby.

Lalo came to me wanting to put on size and gain strength. He was going to the gym very frequently, but saw very little results. When he came to me, I helped him understand what to eat and how to exercise more efficiently. He has since then changed his body composition and continues to make improvements.
