  • Alcohol (Especially Beer)

  • Ice Cream

  • Pizza (traditional with high fat meats/cheeses)

  • Restaurant Hamburgers

  • Candied fruits/ nuts

  • Sugary Cereals

  • Soda

  • Milk Chocolate

  • Syrups (opt for maple syrup instead)
