Struggling to lose that extra body fat? Take a look at this pyramid. All to often I see clients wearing themselves down with cardio, scrambling to find the “perfect supplement”, and rarely getting enough sleep and water. The reality is fat loss or weight loss in general needs to be prioritized with a calorie deficit. It doesn’t matter if you’re keto, intermittent fasting, vegan, pescatarian, carbitarian (lol) - you must be in a deficit to see fat loss. This is why I have clients log their meals when getting started. I want to know how you eat, when you eat, how much you eat- so I can help deliver you a program that will get you RESULTS!
